Kasterski i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawnicza Spółka Komandytowa (limited partnership) has been providing legal services since 1 October 1996 (until October 2014 under the name Andrzej Żebrowski i Wspólnicy — Kancelaria Prawnicza Spółka Komandytowa). In 2026 the firm marks thirty years of practice.
We advise large corporations, medium-sized and small businesses, as well as public sector entities. Our experience spans many areas of law; we specialise in IT and telecommunications projects, public procurement, restructuring processes and M&A transactions.
We understand the business and technological realities of our clients. We take part in project teams, tender committees and negotiation teams, and we work together with technical, tax and financial advisers.
On behalf of our clients we conduct proceedings before common courts and arbitration tribunals, as well as administrative proceedings. We also conduct public procurement procedures acting as the contracting authority's representative.
